Envelopes, the nation’s leading manufacturer, printer
and marketer of standard and special make envelopes, offers you a variety of quality types, designs and innovative envelopes.
Our high quality Printed Envelopes come in a range of finishes and paper types tailor-made
to your requirements.
Three main processes are utilised:
Overprinting
Overprinting standard envelopes is the most economical method of getting your message on the front or back of an envelope. We can overprint the envelopes in single colour or up to four colour process, depending on your needs. High quality printing of envelopes can be achieved utilising offset printing on our comprehensive range of stock envelopes, usually within three to four days.
Flexographic printing
Ideal for large quantities (100,000 or more), incorporating
one, two, three or four colours, including process print.
Cost efficiencies are maximised with the envelope being
printed as it is manufactured.
Flat Sheet Printing
Provides the highest quality and most creative
results, utilizing many printing finishes and specialty
papers. The design is first printed onto flat sheets
of paper, cut into shapes, then folded and glued into
envelopes. Processes such as die cutting, window patching
and folding produce spectacular results.
